Canons! is a restaurant and wine bar that offers you market cuisine with bold and generous flavors, combined with a selection of wines that will take you on a journey around the world, all in a relaxed and warm atmosphere in the heart of Vieux-Beloeil or Quartier Dix30, from April 2025.
For brunch, lunch or dinner, Canons! offers simple food, fresh local produce and a wine list featuring mainly organic and natural wines, all paired with accessible and unpretentious food and wine combinations suggested by our very own sommeliers.
For culinary, wine and gastronomic discoveries, this is the place for you!
The owner
For as long as he can remember, Pascal Paradis has always wanted to have his own restaurant so that he could share the joy of honest, real food. With time, training and experience, wine naturally became part of his dream. A highly talented sommelier, he has worked for the finest restaurants in Quebec, as well as perfecting his art with several winemakers in France. Canons! reflects his vision of wine and gastronomy: tasty and unpretentious!
